Review: attended a marketing seminar offered by RD Training systems [redacted] CEO . Dennis Garcia was the presenter. The presentation was a high pressure sales pitch. We were told that it is only offered every three years. (LIE) That keeps it exclusive. You had to sign up that day or you lose your chance. We were told it was guaranteed and if we did not close a deal as a result of this system, the money would be refunded(LIE)We were told you do not have to do the whole system for results, you can choose which aspects you want to use. We were told they would recommend some website building websites, or we could choose our own.(LIE) We were told they would set up the website for this system with lead capture. [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] etc, lead capture. we were told they would do everything.(LIE) That was what I wanted, that was the reason I decided to purchase without having the time to check out the company. There was an info sheet which we were required to fill out immediately so that they could tailor the program to our needs. The cost was "a discounted" $3,000. I did that in 2 payments and I ended up canceling the 2nd payment because I was already denied refund. several co-workers signed up. I know at least 6 Of us were dissatisfied and tried to get a refund. The only one that was refunded was the one that immediately cancelled. What I got in the mail was a 2" binder filled with examples for marketing. There were several scenarios like expired, FISBO, listing pitches and buyer pitches. The material was very very redundant.
They did not respond at all to the info sheet I had to send in
They did not set up my website for advertising and lead capture, instead they wanted me to sign up for a "free trial" for their sponsored lead capture system
there was a 2 day seminar out of town, 2days after we signed up. Short notice, we were not required to go but they sent the link about a week later.
They sent me a link for a webinar 4 different webinars were included.
I requested my money back because it was not an internet lead capture marketing plan, it is a poor excuse for a training system. I emailed [redacted] at [redacted] for my refund. I was denied. They insisted it was a 90 day guarantee. I again requested a refund at 90 days. Denied. [redacted] does not have pleasant customer service skills. The only contact from this company where the couple of phone calls responding to refund request. A couple of emails responding to refund request and the couple of emails for links to the 4 webinars Not much value for $3,000Desired Settlement: Refund and Revdex.com rating lowered.

Review: A representative with Resource Dynamic by the name of [redacted] came to my city offering RE services. The services would include the company setting up websites for both buyers and sellers and information and strategies on getting leads. The cost for the service was $3k. Initially, I was a little skeptical but after [redacted] assured me and my colleagues that the company pretty much will do "everything" for you I agreed to sign. He stated that there was a patent that was involved so we had to sign or we would miss the chance. He also stated that we would be able to attend a seminar which time and place was not initially discussed. Once signed up we were told that the seminar would be the following week 5 hours away. There was no way that we could make it on the short notice. [redacted] stated that if you could not attend the company would send all of the information to you.
About 5 days went by and I had not received the materials. I called and [redacted] ([redacted]) told me that they had the wrong address and she would send to me. When I received the documents I was highly disappointed. It was rehashed sales pitch materials that I could have gotten online. On top of that, the services that they said they offered you basically had to pay for. They use 3rd party vendors and you must pay a monthly fee. I immediately called the company and expressed my concern and that I was dissatisfied. I told [redacted] that what I received was not what was explained in the meeting. She told me that the documents that I received were the documents that were explained in the meeting (although she was not there). I asked for a refund and she constantly kept trying to talk me out of it. I then called [redacted] and asked for a refund and was given the same run around. I have written 2 email (which I have a record) requesting a refund but no response. They told me to wait 90 days I did. Another colleague received a refund in less than 30 days. Why can't they honor my request? Still waiting.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $1495 that was given to the company. I did send the material back to them. Another colleague has received a refund and I would like to get one too. I requested the refund within 1 week of receiving the product. I just want Resource Dynamic to be fair and they are not. I have spoken to [redacted] and [redacted] and I am getting no where. I have sent multiple email and only received 1 nasty response. I would like to settle this matter amicably and get a refund.

This customer did not attend the training event. The
event location was approximately 3 hours from her office, not 5 hours.
This was fully disclosed, both verbally and in writing, when she signed up to
attend the two day training event.
Everything she purchased was supplied to her in its entirety
including the web site. She just never engaged. We’ve offered to assist
her at no charge multiple times.
She called our office shortly after the event and said she
did not show up and asked us to send her materials. We sent her all the
materials, downloads, and videos of the entire conference as a courtesy even
though she did not attend.
The third party vendor she is referring to is a professional
website company that will create her website free of charge and she is only
responsible for the small hosting fee. All of this is FULLY disclosed on
our registration form that she signed and acknowledged.
She contacted our office on several occasions telling us she
did not want to use the system that she purchased. We offered multiple times to
help and assist her with the system at no charge. We have detailed
records of all email communication with her. Respectfully, there was no
misunderstanding.
We have offered her one on one coaching and support. Our
customer service and support is unmatched in the industry. She never set
an appointment with us.
She also has not followed through on her payment plan with
us and her account is currently in default. She has not paid us in full.
The fact is, she has not used the system for the 90 days per
our written performance guarantee. The last correspondence we have from
her was July 23, 2015. We have heard nothing from her since.
We have been in business for 31 years and have trained over
500,000 realtors. Our training and systems are proven. We have an
“A” rating with the Revdex.com.
We stand behind our 90 day guarantee for those who engage
and use our tools and systems.
However, she continually refused to even try to
engage. We have sent her an exit survey to complete. She is not due
a refund at this time.
Additionally, we graciously extend an invitation to Ms.
[redacted] to attend our upcoming event in Denver, CO this December at no charge.
We appreciate her communication and invite Ms. [redacted] to
contact us whenever she is ready to start using the tools and systems, grow her
business, and join the thousands who have succeed with us.
Thank you.
