wheel, as per mechanic [redacted] (customer paid for repair)Customer stated to mechanic [[redacted]] that her son was driving vehicle Customer insisted to me that noone drives her vehicle but her Damage to vehicle was determined to not be caused by the towvisual inspection by garage mechanic an driver that towed the vehicle revealed that that type of damage was caused by vehicle hitting or running over an objectvisual inspection by garage mechanic an driver that towed the vehicle also revealed miltiple cracks and splits to plastic bumper and partsvisual inspection by the garage mrchanic an driver that towed the vehicle also revealed "yellow paint" marks to bumber area tow truck bed is not yellow (park or speed bump)Statements can be verified by mechanic at [redacted] garage as per my conversation with himCustomer never called me back with the final verdict from the garage although she was in touch before alignment was doneI recieved my information from the garage mechanic and a visual inspection from mechanic and tow driverThe noise she heard while loading vehicle was minor scraping of plastic rubbing againist truck bed becuase vehicle was lower on that side due to flat tire also when there is gravel or cinders under bed it will make a crushing noise as the vehicle weight is put on bed 'Customer also stated tire had a nail but was determined by garage to be a broken valve stem (customer paid for    repair)It would have been easy to pay for the repairs and be done with this situation, but it's obvious what happened to this vehcileThank you for your time and attention to this matter

Review: On Feb.6th 2014, Trainos towing was called to tow my car due to a flat tire. When the driver drove my car to the tow truck which was a flat bed, I heard a loud noise and I ask the driver to stop and asked what was that noise, the driver explained to me that the it hit the bottom of the truck. the car was put on the flat bed. the car was taking to [redacted] at [redacted] in [redacted] Pa. the tire was fixed and when I got the car back the car was pulling to the side. I called [redacted] back.I made a appointment to have the car looked at on Sat. I was told that I need an aliment the rod was bend.Desired Settlement: the total price of the repair.
