Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Attached please find pertinent pieces of documentation:1) a screenshot of an email notification I received from TrainTix.com "account information"2) a picture of the body of the aforementioned email, regarding my account3) a picture of my account screen after I logged into this account on this website4) a screenshot of my phone conversation with the owner on 12/12/from a telephone number not related to TrainTix.comPlease note that TrainTix.com MAY have called my parent's house on 12/or 12/I can only presume it was in regard to this issue, because of the area code, however that was uncertainMy father, who knows nothing of this issue, answered the call and unfortunately is hard of hearing and was unable to relay a message from this callerWe were able to retrieve a phone number from our call records, however I did not call the number for several reasons: I do not know who the caller was, whether it was about the issue, and in all honesty, I do not ever wish to speak to the owner of this business, ever again, due to the way he treated me during our prior conversation on 12/12. My intention for filing this claim was to report that the owner of this business, "Joe", adamantly denied on 12/that an account for me or anyone else existed, however you will see in the documentation that an account for me did/does exist and that it was created NOT of my own doingI would like to request that my proprietary and personal information be completed stricken from this websiteIt is a third-party website, which I did not know existed until after receiving an email from themIt is my name, email address, location, and last 4-digits of my credit card number retained on this accountI did ask for this account and based on my rights I would like to protect my privacyI believe this third party handles purchases made through the Medina Railroad website, which I was unaware of at the time of purchaseIt was quite a surprise receiving an email from them that an account was made for me to view this purchase with my personal informationIt is my personal information and I should have the right to delete it anywhere I want~ especially on an account that was created for me without my permission or own doingI contacted TrainTix.com on 12/12/16, simply to ask how to delete this information and this account and the owner denied that an account existedPlease reference the attachments aboveYou will see that an account existsAfter filing this complaint, in retrospect, I believe the owner was trying to explain to me that this account only exists so a customer can log in to view their purchase and purchase details, should they choose toSince I had received a purchase confirmation and email receipt with purchase information from Medina Railroad, it was a surprise to receive an email from this third party company, and again, wished to delete the purchase record and my personal information from their websiteIt was terribly confusing at the time, and the owner did not make clarification easyHe was hostile, argumentative, denied me the chance to speak, and yelled at me continuously through the call to the degree I was in disbelief and felt like I was in a nightmareIt is totally confusing to be told that an account does not exist when I was clearly reading in the email that one did, and was able to log into said accountI logged into the account~ clearly the account exists! The issue went unresolved, so on my end I did what I could: changed my name on my account and changed my email addressI hope, should this website be hacked into, that that action on my part provides some protection of my identity and privacyPerhaps they feel they are providing a service to customersthat they can view their purchase informationbut again, they have retained your information on an account on their website without your asking or your own doing, and that goes against my right to privacyOnly I should be able to do that, should I choose toCustomer should have the option, on this website, after you log into your account and under their account settings, to delete the accountThat is the resolution I would like from this business. As stated above, I do not, ever, wish to speak with or have any further communication with the owner of this company nor anyone from his office; my experience with him so was terrible that I would prefer the Revdex.com to intervene on my behalf, and that if future communication be needed, that it be done so through this websitePlease do not call the telephone number listed on this complaint. In Response to the Previous Email and Information about Train Tixs ,Inc Train Tixs is Owned by Two Partners Neither is Named Joe! We are sorry for the Confusion there are many online Ticketing Programs that sell the same TicketsThe Consumer may have spoken to whistle Tixs the Previous Ticketing Company.Once again this is Unfounded and has nothing to do with our Company, No one at Train Tixs, Inc has ever spoken to This Person, we did however Contact the Number and Told a Gentlemen The Same thing Last weekat the Number Provided in This Complaint.Matthew
