[redacted] I had two roofers come out just to make sure that my roof  does have a lank, both roofers said the lank is coming from the roof and they also said who ever did the roof they really messed things up on the roof. Both roofers said it is not the siding. The roofers explained that the water does not lank up it lanks down and there is something between the siding so water will not be able to come in. All I asked for your company to put another  coat on my roof  my roof been bad even when you said you put a new roof on I don't believe you did. I do have a five year warranty.

Review: I am a disabled veteran and have also had to look after my mother who is in her late 80s. Trama roofing has done the roofing on my house I have had many problems with the roofs leaking and the shingles coming loose after they have done the work. I have been calling them for over two years (yes two years ) to come back out and fix the problems that were still under warranty. I have probably called up to twenty times. I usually spoke to [redacted], but I have spoken to others. They keep saying that they will come out, but they do not. I even sent them an e-mail through the Revdex.com website, and they e-mailed me back that they would come out but they did not. My Mother has many health problems but she would have to put out pots and pans to collect leaking water including in her bedroom. Because of my health issues, I did not want to fight with them, so I kept waiting for them to come out like they kept saying. I had previously filed a Revdex.com complaint on them many years ago, and I have had other problems with them, but I kept using them and paying them, because I didn't want a bunch of different roofers doing work on my house, because I wanted only one roofer, so that if there were problems, they couldn't point the finger at each other and play the blame game. While I kept waiting for them to come out, damage is occurring in my home including ceilings that need repair. I have always paid Trama Roofing on time. I have paid them many thousands of dollars.Desired Settlement: I would like them to do the repairs and discuss compensation. I also would like an explanation as to why they would not honor the warranties when I paid them each time without delay, and I would like them to explain why they would keep telling me that tyey were coming out and then not come, as if it was a joke. My Mother, my family, nor I should have been put through this.

I am in the process of preparing a response, to the response of Trama roofing, to my complaint. I am requesting that I be given more time because I have quite a bit of paperwork to go thtough. I have had many dealings with Trama roofing, and have filed previous complaints against them. I will try to be finished with my response within the 10 days but just in case I am requesting more time.
