On the Residents tab you are able to access maintenance and pests requests and have the ability to fill out a survey. If you choose the Contact tab you have access to the manager and owners emails. We also have our office phone number located on our website. If you are unable to reach a leasing agent in the office and have a maintenance emergency, we have included the maintenance emergency number on our voicemail. We also provide tenants with that number upon move in We know that safety and security is important. Our maintenance staff has been working diligently to keep the safety lights in working conditionIn response to a rotted fence: Our fence is brand new as it was installed in the very beginning of January, We always change locks when a resident moves out We cannot always know if something is wrong inside a tenant’s apartment unless they provide us with the information. Maintenance will only enter a tenants apartment when a work order is requested or if there is an emergency.
