Review: I ordered a part and figured out the same day it was incorrect and not what I need, that I had misread the advertisement, sent numerous emails to the contact email [redacted] in the order confirmation asking to reverse this I had made a mistake and cannot afford to lose my money being a single parent around christmas time, No one contacted me back for several days finally left a voice mail at a number I found on the internet and the lady [redacted] was very rude laughed in my face, etc. since nothing still has been done in 2 weeks I am out my money and the same lady hung up on me on 12/10/2013 after she informed me it was not her problem and refuses to let me speak to a higher up in this company. Today she again was rude, I got rude back, she told me I had to submit a request in writing to speak with a manager or owner and hung up on me again.Desired Settlement: I was a FULL Refund of 99.98, a apology, and them to send fedex to get thier property off my porch immediatley, that should have never been sent in the 1st place if someone had been doing thier job there properly.

Review: I ordered a 13x13 square replacement trampoline net for my tramploine. Trampoline pro claims it is a replacement for my model trampoline. I received the net and had to wait several weeks until my son came home from the military to install it. When we went to install it the net did NOT fit and it appeared to be a round rather than square net. The instructions included in the box were also for a round net. We contacted Amazon and trampoline pro then sent an email to me informing me that I should pay for shipping the product back to them and there would also be a restocking fee. This information was provided more than a week and a half after my first email as they wasted time claiming they weren't sure which product I was trying to return when in fact, I only received one product. I told TP that I should not have to pay shipping since the wrong product was sent. When they insisted I pay for shipping, I contacted Amazon to file an A-Z claim. The Amazon rep I spoke with read the correspondence chain between me and trampoline pro and she also told me there was no way I should have to pay for shipping. After the A-Z claim was filed, TP contacted me and asked me to send some sku number and they would then send me an email with prepaid shipping attached. Unfortunately, since I didn't report the problem with the net to Amazon within two weeks per their policy my claim was denied. I then again get an email from TP telling me to pay for shipping. I went back on the Amazon website and the found multiple complaints against this company for providing wrong products that didn't fit even though their advertising claims they would fit. I want a complete return of the money I paid for this ne, no re-stocking fee and reimbursed for the $19.83 I paid to ship this wrong product back to them.Desired Settlement: I want the full price of the net (no re-stocking fee) and reimbursement for the $19.83 I paid to ship this product back. Someone should be checking into their business practices as this appears to be a trend with them based on comments listed on Amazon.
