Review: I have many problems at this point. I placed an order for a trampoline mat on July 7, 2015. It was on backorder until the 8th. I was made aware of this before ordering. On the 20th when it hadn't arrived I called them to locate it. They said that I had never paid shipping at that after 24 hours after original person I should have received and invoice or a phone call to rectify the issue. I received neither. They said that it had been shipped out and that I should receive an email with tracking info but that my order should arrive by Friday. When Thursday came around and I hadn't received tracking I called them but no one was answering the phones. I gave it until Monday hoping that it would arrive. When it didn't I called back. They gave me my tracking info and said it was shipped through FedEx. When my tracking info didn't work I called back. They told me that it was just shipped out Friday and takes 24 hours for shipping to be update. Tuesday I call because the package is still not found but no one is answering the phones again. Wednesday I call and they say it was actually shipped United States Postal Service. When I looked it up from the USPS site, I found it and it said that a shipping label was created on the 21st and was 3 day shipping. Today is the 29th. The person I spoke to today said that it wasn't in the warehouse but had no idea where it was and that she would look further into it and call me back. we hung up and 30 minutes later I tried to call back to talk to a manager. Once again no one was answering the phones and the voicemail box was full.Desired Settlement: I want them to locate my package, get the package to me by Friday and reimburse me my shipping. If they can not find my package, I want immediate reimbursement of the trampoline mat and my shipping.

Review: I ordered a trampoline mat on 3/17/16 at 2 day air. The website said had 3 mats in stock. When I did not receive mat 4 days later I called them and was told that the mat was not in stock and I should have received an email stating that. I was then told I would receive a refund within a week. I also asked them to resend the email. It is now 8 days and I have not received an email or a refund. If I get on their website it still says that they have 3 mats in stock. I am looking to get my refund ASAP since I still have to order a mat and cannot do so until the money is in my account.Desired Settlement: Refund of the trampoline mat and 2 day shipping cost.

Review: Purchased trampoline pads and springs on line October 7, 2013. Have never received the trampoline pads/springs and their customer service will not resolve or refund the purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $75.29 which is the purchase price.

Review: I purchased a trampoline jumping pad, enclosure and springs. The enclosure did not work on our trampoline. I scheduled a return with Trampolines and More and returned the item. I called on Sept. 22 and confirm that they received the package, and they did. I was told at that time that my credit card would be refunded. I called 1 week later because I still hadn't received credit, and they asked for my order number so they could make sure the return went to the right person. I was told that day that it had been processed. 1 week later I called back because I STILL hadn't received my credit. I was then put on hold and told that they just processed the return that day and I was given a confirmation number. October 8th I called again because I still haven't received credit back to my credit card. I was put on hold and then told again that they processed the return today. She was going to give me another confirmation number. I then asked what happened with the "old" confirmation number she gave me, she put me on hold, came back and told me it was not a good number. I feel like I am being scammed. I told them this was unacceptable and I wanted answers. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was transferring me to [redacted] and I was hung up on. I called back many times and never made it through. I was sent to voice mail every time I called back. I left 1 message telling them I wanted a call back within 1 hour from the manager I was supposedly being transferred to or I was going to bring this to the Revdex.com. I have not heard back. They still do not pick up my calls. I have a hard time thinking there is even an office building for this company. I get the same person every time I call and nothing has been taken care of in a professional manner.Desired Settlement: I want my credit to my account by October 10th.

Review: I purchased a 12FT MAT for $75.33 from this company. The material where the springs attached to the mat have started to simply deteriorate. My husband and I were sitting outside-- no one was on the trampoline and three springs broke -- The company has emailed me and responded that their mats only have a 7 month warranty. This mat should last longer than the months I have had it on the trampoline. The material is defective.Desired Settlement: I want Trampolines and More to send me a replacement mat for my trampoline at no cost. They should provide me with free return of the defective mat that I currently have.

Review: On July 28, 2013, I ordered a trampoline mat, trampoline pad, and some replacement springs. Within a week, some of the elastic ties on the trampoline pad had ripped off the pad. Shortly thereafter, I notified the company of the issue, and told them I would like to return the pad for a refund.On August 26th, I received an e-mail from the company notifying me of the procedures for the return. On August 29th, I replied to the e-mail notifying the company that I had returned the pad, and provided them with a United States Postal Service tracking number. On August 30th, I received a return e-mail advising me they would begin the refund process upon receipt of my package. On September 12th, I had not heard from the company. I called them on the phone, and was unable to contact a live person. I left a message, and provided them a contact number to return my call. I never heard from them. I followed up that same day with an e-mail asking me for a status update on the refund. I did not receive a return e-mail.I again called on September 21st, again I was routed through an automated phone messaging system and left a message. Again, no call back. I followed up with another e-mail, and received no response.I called again about a week later, and again on October 3rd. Again, I left a message on their system asking for a status update, and a request to call me. I never received a phone call from them. On October 3rd, I again sent an e-mail notifying them that I knew from the USPS records they had received my package on September 11th, yet I still had not received my refund. I advised them also of the fact that I had called on four different occasions, and each time was unable to talk to a service representative. Each time I left a message, and every single time a customer service representative failed to return my phone calls. As of this date, I have not received either a phone call, an e-mail, or my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on the returned trampoline pad, plus the costs that I incurred to ship the pad back to them ($40). I would not have had to incur the return costs if they had provided me with a high quality product. The product quality was extremely poor - it lasted less than a week.

Review: Sept 20--my emailI returned this item several weeks ago and have not yet received a confirmation email of receipt. I would like to order the correct mat but am not able to do so until I am credited for the return. Review: I ordered a product from the company's website that had a description and pictures that showed it to be the part that I needed. When the product arrived, it was not as described and pictured on their site. I contacted them immediately to let them know that I had received the wrong item, I asked if it was possible for them to send me the part described on their site. If it was possible, I asked for them to exchange products with me. I asked them to cancel my order and provide me with a shipping label if they were not able to provide me with the product that I had ordered.It has now been 6+ business days and I have not heard back from them other than a reply was made to one of my "request for update" emails saying that the issue had been referred to management. That reply is the only reply that I have received and it came 7 days ago.I have been unable to reach them by phone as well.Desired Settlement: I'm not sure that you can do anything, but at this point I just want them to provide me with a shipping label and I would like my money back. I am hoping by reporting this, that others might take their business elsewhere...

Review: Have left messages and have left emails with no response. My shipping address is wrong and FedEx will only let the company's change the information but no one will contact me. If my order is sent back they charge a processing fee plus shipping. Are the doing to make extra money for there customer. Seen unfair if you can't get aholed of anyone to revolve the problem. TRAMPOLINE NET ENCLOSURE ON AUG. 21ST 2013 AFTER RECEIVING THE ENCLOSURE (WHICH WAS ROLLED UP IN A BALL INSIDE THE BOX)WE SOON DISCOVERED THE 15FT NET DID NOT FIT OUR 15 FT TRAMPOLINE. I CALLED TRAMPOLINEANDMORE AND INFORMED THEM IT DIDN'T FIT OUR TRAMPOLINE, I WAS ADVISED I COULD EITHER RETURN IT OR ORDER A LARGER SIZE(16FT.)I DECEIDED TO RETURN IT AND GET A REFUND. I RETURNED THE NET AND IT WAS RECEIVED ON SEPT. 11, 2013 AT 10:32AM. AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE MESSAGES AND EMAILS I WAS TOLD VIA EMAIL ON SEPT. 19, 2013 THAT A FEFUND WOULD BE CREDITED TO MY CREDIT CARD IN 7-10 DAYS. AFTER ALMOST 5 MONTHS I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. Through the purchasing process, it's written "Free shipping, estimated 3-5 days". Then I proceed to the transaction, entered my canadian adress and paid with Paypal. However, they sent me back an email saying I'd have to pay an extra 25$ because I'm living in Canada and the free shipping is only for the 48 lower states, even tough it's not indicated within the payment process. This is scam, I had to open a paypal complain to get a refund because I refused to increase the initial amount by 50% !
