Transmission repairs have failed each time and the same problem arises each time

On Friday, October 6, I took myvehicle to Tranco Transmissions to have new brakes put onThere were two men in the shop, the owner, and an older man who worked on my SUV While I was waiting on my vehicle another woman came in to get an estimate for a transmission job on her car The owner checked out her car and then spent the rest of the time in the waiting area as well First he spoke with the woman at length about her car, then he was on a personal phone call until I received my car backAfter I got home, I didn't leave the house again until Sunday, October 8th when I needed to take my niece to her piano lessonWhen we were about blocks from her teacher's house I noticed we were going to be early, so I slowed down so we could finish the song on the radioWhen I began to approach a curve I started to apply the brake and the brake pedal went all the way to the floorI screamed to my niece "we don't have brakes" The car spun, went through a barbed wire fence and stru
I brought this car into tranco back in January stating my check engine light was on and I have had one mechanic tell me my catalytic converters were bad and to check them outI had the parts for the catalytic converters already wanting them to be replaced by another mechanicThey read the code and it said catalytic converter, then they checked the converter and said "no the catalytic converter is not your problem at all your problem is your transmission, take these parts back you don't need them." I paid for shipping to ship these parts back because I trusted their word when they said they "Checked" my convertersTold them to go ahead and rebuild the transmissionOnce they did that I brought the car homeCome to find out I had cardboard box parts all left under and in my hood, around my engineReal good workDrove my car and still having the same problem I had before plus now a load sound from the transmission, my check engine light STILL on they test drove my car again and s
I just spoke with Bruce Olson, he was very kind to answer some questions I had about the Speed Queen washing machine, He was knowledgeable and willing to tell me what I should do when I get a new Speed Queen, specifically to use hot water and detergent and some rag towels to do a wash or two to clean away the residue off of the tub april 2016, Leah Wallen, Orem, Utah
