Good afternoon Revdex.com and to whom it may concern in reference to complaint ID ***,
I have spoken to Mr*** and what he stated is somewhat trueFirst of all his statement is in that he did not try and contact me several timesThe first call from Mr*** was on 6/18/at 7:am and I missed his callI then called his place of business at 6/18/at 2:pm when *** told me he was out of officeHe then called me on 6/18/at 2:pm when we discussed this matterAnother thing that was not true is they did not try and steal my vehicle, what happened was they stold two of my lug nuts resulting in a broken wheel stud so yes the vehicle is not safe at this timeIf Mr*** is wondering why have not contacted him yet, it is because I care for my ill grandmother days a week and have a family with very little time to do anythingI will get to it as soon as I can and contact himBelieve me I hate my vehicle leaking all over my driveway and street and surely my neighborhood association has not appreciated it either

After several attempts was able to contact Mr*** Discussed his concerns and assured him that we would do whatever it takes to correct his concernsMr*** said someone attempted to steal the vehicle and was damaged in the processSaid he would contact us as soon as the vehicle is
drivable and would call so we can set up a time to address his concernsJust waiting for him to contact usWill probably contact him again to see how this is coming alongHave also contacted Revdex.com, *** on 06/and *** on 06/per phone conversations to keep them up to speed on how things are coming along
