Thank you for informing me of this complaint.When this person requested a refund via email, we initially responded to her email indicating that our policy is to not issue refunds (similar to pre-purchasing tickets to a movie)We suggested that she either give or sell her ticket(s) to a friend or family member who would be interested in attendingThis is what other people who registered for the presentation did (who ultimately could not go) This person replied very emotionally, so we responded to her follow up email indicating that we would issue her a refund Hence, I am surprised that she would contact you, because she has no reason to do so I thought the matter had been settled to her satisfaction.We indicated in our response that we would issue her refund toward the end of the month This is because I am traveling currently (I am responding to this request from [redacted] ) and I return in the 3rd week of the month.Please let me know if I can provide you any further information
