I am rejecting this response because: I will again state that I know you caused the damage to my vehicle and I have your wife on video stating that you will be taking care of this issue! Any respectable business would be doing anything it took to do right by their customer and do the right thingI have no problem taking this matter to courtI just thought you would like to make things right! Hi *** I am *** *** Actually When She Braught The Car All Lug nuts Was Good Except One We Just Try To Take It Off On Customer Request The Question Is How Folsom Tire And Wheels Is Responsible Even The Lug Nuts Was All Ready Stripped We Were Still Helping Her To Put Tires On As Customer Service They All Ready Knew The Lug Nut is Striped But I Don,t Know Why They Don,t Under Stand How We Can Stripped Lug Even We Never Put This On Before On Same Car My Concern Is Who Put The Lug Nut Before They Put Wrong Way I Mean They Put Cross Tread And They Told Us We Put These Wheels On This Car By Self I Will Say They Put Wrong Way So That,s Why It Was Stripped We Are Not Responsible For That Because We Did Not Striped Lug If We Put This Lug On And After We Can Not Take Off Then We Are Responsible.Thanks ***

Below is the email response(sent out June 6th at 4:07pm) to the client lodging the complaint This email was sent out after our second conversation with the client who purchased the gift certificate and after the phone call with her mom The mother, the person who received the massage,
was very happy with our resolution and even stated that we went above and beyond her expectations in how resolved the situation "Hello *----, We have spoken to you on the phone about your mother, -----, and the experience that you and she said she received We are sincere in our apology about her not getting the exact experience that she requested and have refunded half of the service(back to your credit card) that was purchased with the Gift Certificate as well as the $15(back to her credit card) that ---- spent to upgrade to minute massage rather than a minute I would like to add that we did call your mom, at 6:30pm Monday, 6-5-17, and left a voice mail, so, yes, we have done as you asked and attempted to contact ---- as you requested Your mom actually called us back after my phone call with you and we had a very productive conversation Your mom does contest the time of the service which is why we have refunded part of the amount and she also stated that it was not the style of massage that she was looking for, that is the other part of the refund However, you mom is completely happy with the amount refunded and even stated that it was above and beyond her expectations Your mom is welcome back at any time to try a different Massage Therapist who may better fit her preferences We do try to resolve any conflicts that may arise and we do our due diligence in finding what exactly happens in any circumstance You have stated clearly that you are unhappy with the time it is taken us to respond to your request for communication regarding your mother We do not like to rush things and as stated above, we like to find out all of the facts before making a judgment You stated that you know people in this industry and that the have a tendency to lie, you may be correct for some, but, not for our staff They are all very honest, as are we, they have a great sense of work ethic and are very respectful towards everyone We have both tried to have a conversation with you about this situation, however, talking on the phone has not been conducive to an actual conversation We feel that there is no other possible resolution to this situation We do not cheat people, you can ask the many thousands of clients that have visited us and they will tell you the same We offer an amazing experience for people who are open to it and even when that falls short of expectations, we do our best to learn from it You have stated your intentions of reporting us the Revdex.com, that is your choice, we will have to respond in kind on the same site if you do so, that is our choice and responsibility to defend our good name and place of business." Hi [redacted] I am [redacted] From Folsom Tire And Wheels Inc I want To Tell You About Complaint Which Customer Filed On Our Business What Happen Is On That Day They Came Here And Bought 4 Tires From Us We Installed Three Tires On The Car But We Can Not Installed The Fourth One Due To The Bad...

Stud  Which Was In Right Rear We Open The Five Lug nuts But We Was Stuck With The Sixth One Because It Was All Ready Striped We Show Them First And We Explain Them In Detail It Is Striped And We Told Them If We Put The Force On It May Be It Can Brake They Said Lets Do Try We Tried  And It Was Spinning Inside They Also  Tried By The Hand But We Can Not Open It  After Few Times   We Said We Can Not Open It Because Its Spinning Inside Its Not Easy Job And It Need To Be Drill And We Said We Never Done This Job Before  We Did Tried On Customer Request We Get Permission And After That We Tried.But They Were Blaming On Us They Said We Mess The Lug Even We Never Done Any Kind Of Job On This Truck Before We  Explain Them During This Time Who Open This Tire Before They Put This Lug Nut Cross Tread And They Said We Put This Wheels By Self We Never Had This Kind Of Problem In This Car But I Was Still Explaining Them But They Did Not Understand Me During This Conversation They Made Video Even We Was Still Helping We Said You Guys Done  Some Where Else Because We Never Done This Kind Of Job We Don,t Want To Mess The Wheels And After That They Said You Will Pay Fifty For The Job.We Was Agree With Them They Took It To The Less Shawaab  Tires She Called Me And She Said They Can Not Done This Job And What You Guys Want To DoWe Said Bring Your Car Here We Spoke Mechanic We Will Fix This Problem For You And We Don,t Charge You Any Money For That.We Was Waiting But After Four Or Five Days They Called Me And They Said We Take It To Other Shop They Will Fix That For Me And They Charging Me $980 You Will Pay Half We Were Still Agree Just We Asked The Lady Why They Charging So Much They Said They Replacing Whole Excel I Said OK We Will Pay Half But We Want To See The Old Parts Which They Replacing After That The Lady Said Over The Phone You Guys Threatening Me And I Will Go To The Court After That She Droop The Call.Note:         My Concern Is  It Was All Ready Striped We Was Just Trying To Open It On Customer Request And We Want To Install The Fourth Tire But They Were Not Agree And We Offer Them Money Back For The Fourth Tires Which Is We Can Not Install On The Car But They Were Not Agree With Us.   Thank You [redacted]Phone  [redacted]
