I am writing you this letter in regards to a complaint that was filed by our business from *** ***The complaint states that we owed the patient money for over months and he would like his refund to him ASAPWhat the complainant failed to tell you
that as soon as we were made aware of the error and that a refunded was neededWe issued a check promptly and sent it to the complainant the day he filed the complaint with us was a week after we were made aware of the refund being neededWe were aware of that *** need a refund on 7/21/and he received the check on 08/05/We feel the complaint is unjust

25.00 4/19/2016 For 52.50 for total of 90.73. These charges then were sent to collections on various dates, where cbs collections charges a 35% collection fee on charges.  His total owed to the collection company is 122.76. I see we received payment from the collect company on 08/04/2016 for 13.60, and then we received another payment from Collection Company on 09/08/2016 for 24.74. For a total payment of 38.34. If you minus that from the original amount owed of 90.73 the total amount he still owed to our office not including the 35% he owes to collection agency is 52.39.
