Complaint[redacted] is the property Manager is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and has been harassing my husband and I. Since we moved into the rental on [redacted] he has been the worst Property Manager. The house was filthy and unlivable. When wee moved in he promised to fix everything and we were left with a whole in the kitchen window, all the plumbing leaks, the dishwasher and garbage disposal is broken. The carpet has so much animal urine (not shampooed) that my daughter had an allergic reaction. Everything from the ceiling tiles to the carpet is disgusting. There is glass in the corners and along the wall He sends men out to harass me, every bill he says he doesn't get and tries to charge us more money even though we have proof of payment. I thought having a property management would keep everything legal but working with [redacted] has been by far the most stressful situation. He has never met in the office he has us meet in [redacted] or has me deal with his worker which I made it a public place because he was not a trustworthy man. He is rude, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I think if the owner of this home saw this place (even after I have tried making it livable) would be ashamed to call it his home.Desired SettlementI would like to deal with a professional, not have rude, nasty letters sent and posts on my door threatening me, no disrespectful texts. I would like them to send a decent professional person (not a buddy needing cash) to fix the things in the house. I don't believe $875 is a reasonable amount for this place.
