I was extremely embarrassed to learn that we once again failed to resolve this customer's issue I asked our CFO in writing to handle this immediately the first time it surfaced and he clearly did not He no longer works for our company I understand that we issued a check yesterday and sent it via overnight delivery to our former customer I hope this finally resolves the issue Regards.Steve
