In January Fitness ran a promotion for a basic membership of $per month When I signed up online and through the Fitness website, the website design was flawed and it only gave me the option to select the type of memebership that I wanted, at location that was out of my area, which was the Elmwood location
I made several attempts to have this information correctedI contacted Elmwood and the manager wouldn't return my phone callsAfter going to the West Sencea location (which it the location that I originally wanted), I spoke to the manger who basically told me that it probably was user error (my fault) and "Not to worry about it" because their system showed me as being registered at the West Seneca location anyway Since then the Elmwood location closed, which caused my membership to cancel
Now, on August 21, 2018, I went to the West Seneca location to have my membership reactivated and was told that an addition yearly fee of $will be taken out in months
