Very dissatisfied with this agent. The company shipped my items to [redacted] without providing me with the price of the shipment. Several phone calls was placed to the owner requesting to know the price even before the shipment was done. The owner including his workers gave me the ran around regarding my request. The container arrived in [redacted] on 9/9/15 and I was never informed. On 9/18/15 I placed a call to this company again regarding the price of the shipment. Again I was given the ran around and this time I got a family member involved. Then the owner released a vital information that the container arrived in [redacted] on 9/9/15 and that the person responsible for pricing will contact me. It was a very distressful moment , fear of the unknown, how much money is this agent going to talk about. Sure enough I was given a price tag that was hefty enough leaving me with no choice but to pay $3,500 for a quarter of a container on house hold goods meant to bury my grand mother. This agent is full of himself and will by no means recommend him to my worse enemy.
