I brought a family heirloom ring into this store to see about repairing some prongs that had been worn and needed replacing The jeweler that I spoke with recommended replacing the largest crown entirely, and then simply repairing several smaller prongs on the ringI chose to go ahead with the repairs through them and was quoted for the repairs that day I went in on a second occasion, assuming the repairs had been completed, and upon first look at the ring, the main crown that had been replaced appeared much different shape and size than it originally wasI expressed that I was under the assumption that the aesthetics and construction of the ring would be identical to how it originally was, and the jeweler agreed to alter it for a second time, no questions asked On the third occasion of going in, I briefly looked at the ring and was content with the crown being closer to its original size, and paid for the work After one day of having the ring in my possession and wearing it,
