Review: I will to being with explain this is my first time dealing with this company and my last . I want this company to return my merchandise back to me. The begging changing they price with me the first time I call to have two box shipped to [redacted] I was explain has follow yes we will bring the box to your home and a saturday because this is the ony day the company come down south jersey so I was ok with this good news because I dint need to take all these merchandise and gift to my family in [redacted] BE ADVICE IT IS A TOTALL OF 3500 DOLLARS IN CLOTHES AND OTHER MERCHANDISE . The company start of by telling me that that 20 for they empty box and 80 dollars to shipped the first box and 75.00 for the other box, well the price change from empty box went from 20.00 dollars 25.00 dollars and the fill box total once they pick up the merchandise to be shipped the price for 2 boxes was 157.00 dollars . few days later after the company pick up the box filled they call me and told me that the price was wrong and they need to charge me different . I explain to Mr [redacted] that I was not going to paid extra because please send back the products he explain that no I will take they loose. Know this packet was pick up from my home since July and packet was suppose to arriving 3 week still waiting for this to happing because the

I call this company the first time was August 28 and he explain to me that he will contact the location en Panama to make sure that they packages get deliver nothing happing I call back a week later I receiver this answer I'm working with the agent in Panama I will call you back nothing I call back a Lady in the office explain to me that Mr [redacted] is still working my case a week later he still working with the company in Panama I spoke to him finally last friday he said I your brother need to go to the llocation and pick up the pacakage and I got hangry he see to me so what you want to come here and bite me this is funny to him know I want my pacDesired Settlement: I want my packet to be delivery to Colon to my brother because they failed to tell me that the packet was going to another localion or send it back to me I want to make sure no one dealer with this company because since I'm calling everything is a joke for Mr [redacted] he is at extention 3 when you call the office at ###-###-####

Review: I called Trans Caribe about their shipping service to [redacted]. one of my request if they offer pick up service for barrels. They assured me a Derrick does that for the PA area and he would call me. Derrick called and gave the cost of $80.00 for the pick and his phone #. I made arrangement with for a pick on 8/13/2015. He did not have his seal with him so the barrel was not sealed in my presence but I was assured he would text the seal # within an hour. After not hearing from him I called Trans Caribe and complaint about Derrick not having his seal and it was not acceptable. The representative I spoke with I told to note the account of what happened and also to add my son's name [redacted] to the account because I may not be in [redacted] when the barrel arrive. She said she did but it would depend on what happen in [redacted]. I told her anything missing would be Trans Caribe responsibility because the seal would be on the barrel when it arrives in [redacted]. The representative did find my info in their system and was able to verify my name and address because I request she clarify my information in order to add notes. The second barrel was sent on 8/29/2015 seal # [redacted]. Today I called on the status of both barrels and I am being told by the manager Markos [redacted] they no information in their computer but Derrick does work for them and picks up barrels in PA. I do have the text message and picture of the barrel sent on 8/13/2015 that Derrick sent me seal #[redacted].This is not acceptable and I am requesting my complaint be looked into for a resolution. These were personal items,appliances, curtain rods, pier import table setting for 4,drapes,linens,towels,clothing, shoes,32" flat screen tv, 21" monitor etc.Desired Settlement: That the barrels are found and sent with the contents. At this time I cannot say the barrel sent on 8/13/2015 will have the contents I put in it because Derrick did not seal it in my presence #[redacted] I have 2 texts from him with a picture. Derrick's phone # is 5[redacted]. Kindly let them know they will be responsible for the contents.
