*** *** claims have no basis in fact. As of the date she filed this complaint, we had filed an eviction for her failure to pay rent. Her comments are untrue and slanderous.Attached you will find a copy of the following combined in the attached file:Copy of the lease showing

which you can see in the invoice, wanted a gap between the repair, and the closing up of the wall to ensure that the sprinkler head was indeed the cause of the water penetration.  The contractor did have to schedule a convenient time with the tenant that caused delays, as he was trying to meet at the tenant’s convenience.  As you can see in the conversations, the tenant was happy with the end result of the repair.
