Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Resubmitted this complaint My car has been in the shop now for 2 weeks and I haven't received a phone call from JP Trans Pro regarding the repair. Had a issue with my 2008 Jeep Compass transmission running hot and no acceleration. Took my vehicle to my normal mechanic and was referred to JP Trans Pro around Oct 2015. I stated that he could do service on the transmission such changing the oil and filter but advised me that it would best to replace the transmission on this particular vehicle because this Jeep Compass had transmission issues at around 125,000 to 150,000. I agreed to get the work done. It took them about a week to completed the stated transmission work. I paid 1,850 for the work done on my Jeep Compass. Everything was fine until a 2 months later I had the same issue with the transmission get hot and no acceleration. I took it back to JP Trans Pro because it was still under warranty and they check everything and stated that maybe they didn't program it correctly and that they needed me to leave my vehicle. A day late I received my Jeep Compass and drove it for another month and had the same issue. I have had to take my Jeep back to JP Trans Pro 5 times. The last time I took it in May 2016 and Jose who is the owner stated that he was making an appointment to take it to the Jeep dealer to have them do a full diagnosis and find what issue it could be. He call me at the end of the week and stated that they found a faulty sensor and they also change the transmission oil and filter. He assured me that the problem was fixed. I drove the vehicle for about 3 days after he had stated he took it to the dealer for service and I am still having the same issue with the transmission. My car has been in the shop now for 2 weeks and I haven't received a phone call from JP Trans Pro regarding the repair. This will be the 6th time I have taken my car to this shop and no resolution has been found.
