Had my vehicle towed to Trans-Tech late Thursday afternoon.
Was advised that the transmission was completely shot.
Trans-Tech quoted me a price, did not pressure me to fix vehicle.
We decided to have the transmission replaced. They told me they would try to have it ready for me by the following Friday (one week).
Tuesday afternoon I received a call that the vehicle was ready for pick up (3 full days earlier than projected). Cost was exactly what they quoted. Vehicle runs like a dream... and it now has a 3 year warranty on the transmission.
They were professional and extremely pleasant to deal with.
In fact... they also fixed the plastic piece on the interior driver door handle that kept coming off. No charge!
These guys are TOP NOTCH!
