I called Trans Van Lines to move my furniture from Dania Beach Fl to Mount Laurel NJI was told by a women name ***, it will take to days for me to rec'd my furnitureWell, that did not happenIt took days for me to rec'd my furnitureMy lamp was broken ( I paid for the lamp), my dinette chair was broken (I paid for that chair) and my sofa set on the grass outside because the movers was unable to bring it insideI paid three men to bring it inI paid this company $2,to move my furnitureI was offered $for the broken items after I sign a Release and Settlement of Claim formI did not sign the formI also was told I should had taken insurance out#it wasn't offer to me and #after paying $insurance should had been included
I couldn't be happier with their service.They provided great customer serviceI was able to speak to my representative at ll timesI was constantly updated regarding the whereabouts of my belongings.The price was reasonable for all the items that I had to moveAt the time of delivery I was relieved to see that nothing was missing or damagedI have nothing bad to say about this companyWill definitely be using them again for any future moves

On the day of the move all my belongings were treated with proper care, I had a local move so it was done in only a couple of hours. I called Trans Van Lines to move my furniture from Dania Beach Fl to Mount Laurel NJ. I was told by a women name [redacted], it will take 3 to 10 days for me to rec'd my furniture. Well, that did not happen. It took 24 days for me to rec'd my furniture. My lamp was broken ( I paid 499.00 for the lamp), my dinette chair was broken (I paid 76.55 for that chair) and my sofa set on the grass outside because the movers was unable to bring it inside. I paid three men to bring it in. I paid this company $2,521.30 to move my furniture. I was offered $96.00 for the broken items after I sign a Release and Settlement of Claim form. I did not sign the form. I also was told I should had taken insurance out. #1 it wasn't offer to me and #2 after paying $2521.30 insurance should had been included.
I couldn't be happier with their service.They provided great customer service. I was able to speak to my representative at ll times. I was constantly updated regarding the whereabouts of my belongings.The price was reasonable for all the items that I had to move.
