I am rejecting this response because:again I pay lease purchase not lease I also pay insurance premiumAlso my 1000.ded.was paid up front by me *** *** from van liner insurance was aware of this.I like to thank the Revdex.com for trying to resolve this .TransAdvantage says they are legal to keep check so this would make this a straight lease .I will now handle threw my state agency's and also the IRS .because it's not a lease purchase thank you for your time .atleast your email made them call me back

Regarding the complaint filed by [redacted] X [redacted] against Trans Advantage. Trans Advantage holds the loan on Mr. [redacted]’ truck. We received a check for $17,574 from an insurance company to cover repairs on Mr. [redacted]’ damaged truck, less a $1,000 deductible.   We informed Mr. [redacted] that...

we need the name and phone number of the repair facility. Once the repair has been verified as complete and he has paid the repair facility the $1000 deductible, we will pay the remainder of the repair bill directly to the repair facility and the truck will be released to him.   Mr. [redacted] asked that we send the $17k directly to him and he will get the truck repaired. Based on the large amount of the repair cost, we are unable to send the money directly to him without first verifying that the repairs have been made and that the repair facility has been paid in full. Our Loan Agreement requires the borrower to provide proof that repairs have been completed.   We have left phone messages for Mr. [redacted] to attempt to resolve the issue and are waiting for his return call.   [redacted] | Director of Credit & Collections
