Review: I booked a flight ticket on [redacted] using a travel agent (TAT). I obtained my flight tickets but couldn't travel on the particular day and I asked for a refund of the particular flight ticket. I tried calling [redacted] Airlines but they told me that I could get a refund only from my travel agent. So I tried contacting them but they did not respond and I still cannot get the refund from [redacted] Airlines as I cannot contact the agency which made the booking. [redacted] Airlines also told me that they can still refund the ticket but only if the travel agent requests for it, and only to the credit card that was used to book it.Desired Settlement: I would like the travel agent to get a refund of my ticket from [redacted] and give it to me as soon as possible on my bank account or as a check.
