Transamerica ATT: Internet Sales

The service was unprofessional, they changed the instalation appointment without letting me know, no email, no phone call. A waisted morning thanks to the unprofessionalism of ATT. Additionally, I waited on the phone more than 40 minutes waiting to speak to costumer service and their cancelation department.

Review: When we switched to AT&T for internet they offered us $19.95 a month no contract and said it was a permanate deal One year later we just paid are bill than get a letter saying we needed to pay an extra $58.00 or service will be caught of by august ** 2013.Now AT&T is hiking up the price to $48 per month without giving us any notice or warning .I am sure this is unfair practice here since no one told us we were on a promotional rate of 19.95.We were told this would be the normal price.Desired Settlement: I think my internet should stay same price as promised .This has happened on more than one occasion that AT&T has messed up pricing and has not delievered what they promise.
