Transamerica Life Insurance

Don't buy life insurance through this company. Your family will have a very hard time trying to get anything out of them, including answers to your questions. We have sent the same forms at least three times, made several phone calls, and nothing has been taken care of. I have at least six fax receipts, but they seen to go into the Transamerica Life Insurnace black hole and no one every receives them. I was told to call back 15 minutes after faxing a form to a supervisor, after being on the phone with another employee for an hour, the fax never got there, but I have a receipt. Horrible customer service, would not use them for anything. I had to choose 1 star since it would accept a "0"

I am sending you a response to this statement.The company still does not believe that *** ** *** has passed away This so called life insurance had denied they have knowledge about his death My father had passed away on May 13, My Sister and my self have never received a bill or letter from them till My father death at this point is common knowledge under Law If this so called insurance company does not stop with these letters I will be taking them to court I will prove that my father had passed away in I also do not have insurance with this company Nor do want it. The Statement you sent to me is not acceptable...Tell them to correct their records at once and stop these foolish letters to *** ** *** or my self.Yours Truly *** ** ***
