So all the rooms for a group of dancers was booked and PAID for through the organization I being the first to check in was asked for a credit card to have on file for any "incidentals" I was reluctant (being we had five rooms) but the girl assured me the rooms were already paid for and it would be fine Find out SHE CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN over $for the rooms Called to speak to a manager who basically told me they voided the transaction but It won't come off my card for about a week and to deal with my bank and that it wasn't his problem and he couldn't help me get my money back any faster I can't live without that money in my account I had NO idea I was being charged I NEVER signed anything they didn't even have my name on file it was all under the coach, WHO already paid in full!!!!!!!
