transported by an ambulette, which does not get billed with a valid diagnosisUnlike an ambulance, an ambulette only has a driver and not certified medical technician on boardThere is no Ambulance report or any recording of medical diagnosis for the patientWe billed Workers Comp and were denied for the transport because of thisWe had the incorrect address on file for *** *** so we referred the claim to our collection agency after we were unable to obtain her correct addressAfter the Agency was unable to collect payment, they referred her claim to the credit bureauAs mentioned before, I will instruct our Agency to remove her claim so her credit is clear.Respectfully,Jeff K***
