[redacted] originally contacted us about one week after purchasing the vehicle stating that they did not feel it had enough room for all there children to fit into it, and asked if they could trade into a bigger vehicle. At that time we let them know that they were in a lease and it would be very difficult to trade that vehicle in at this timeWe let them know after they made payments they would be in a better situation to be able to trade out of the vehicle. They then brought the vehicle in to service complaining of it stalling. We checked the vehicle for stored diagnostic trouble codes and none were foundWe test drove the vehicle and could not duplicate this problem or any symptoms of this problem. We are more than willing to continue to attempt to duplicate these symptoms if the customer is willing to leave the vehicle with our service department

Good MorningMr.[redacted] purchased his vehicle on 6-10-2017 per attached buyers order. Per Massachusetts Limited warranty laws the vehicle sold was covered under the 60 days warranty, I have attached this also. We would of been happy to help him with his car and the fact that he owed us money at the...

time was not the reason why we did not check his car, the reason was because Mr.[redacted] was hesitating having to pay to ferry back over to us to have the car checked and was up set that he was several days past the limited warranty for 60 days. We tried mailing the paperwork but [redacted] had moved and the mail was returned to us, we did however email the paperwork at the second request to attorney [redacted] whom employees [redacted]'s girlfriend [redacted]. From our experience the vehicle had checked out fine when we inspected it and when the auction inspected it, they might have been some negligence on [redacted]'s behalf as typically a hole in the engine can be a result of a hydro locked engine which shoots the piston through the lower end of the motor, this is typically covered under insurance. We will be reaching out to [redacted] again to try and resolve and help him with putting through a insurance claim if in fact the car was hydro locked. [redacted]

to another dealership. If the lien. is release the check will be sent to the customer. We typically wait for 10 to 15 days after a customer request cancelation so that the check will go to the customer instead of the lien holder so that the lienholder does not get overpayment.
