As related to Ms [redacted] ’s complaint, the [redacted] customer contract/agreement states “You acknowledge that you have provided your credit or debit card account information to usYou understand that you will incur fees as a result of your receipt and use of Service and/or Receiving Equipment, and may incur early cancellation fees and/or equipment non-return feesBy giving us your credit or debit card account information at any time, you authorize us to apply the method of payment, in accordance with applicable law, to satisfy and any and all amounts due upon cancellation.” This affirms that [redacted] is legally authorized to debit the $from Ms [redacted] ’s debit card account and Kentucky Telco FCU is not responsible/liable for the debited amount Even though [redacted] acted legally in debiting Ms [redacted] ’s debit card account, Kentucky Telco FCU has made a discretionary decision to refund the entire amount of $to Ms [redacted] due to her long standing member relationship and the fact Kentucky Telco FCU believes in the Credit Union philosophy – “People Helping People.”

As the co-borrower on the loan with KY Telco, Ms [redacted] was contacted because the borrower did not make the scheduled paymentsAll Collection letters that were sent to the borrower, were also sent to the co-borrowerAll actions/conversations with the borrower and/or co-borrower were handled in a courteous and professional manner

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards, [redacted] I was NOT contacted until the missed payments were in the critical stage I missed ONE phone call as I was at work and could not return the call until the following day I received NO written letters stating that the original borrower was in default I had ask that if ONE payment was missed to contact me immediately I was assured that I would be, I WAS NOT contacted Mr [redacted] DID NOT handle the issue in a courteous manner He was rude and demanded that the payment be made and I was forced to drive miles in a snow storm to make the payment I do not accept the response as I have remembered this issue for years If it had been handled courteously I would certainly not have file a complaint &nbs
