Shabby business
Always see the property first. Second stay clear of them. They go by many names. Transcendental Electra as well as ark homes. Look it up on Facebook to hear others stories. The community is fighting them over unusable driveways. Tenants are creating a hazard by parking in road.

Deposit never returned continually ignored, disregarded after months of attempting to get our money returned.
We moved out of the property on May 28, 2019. We received correspondence from our property manager Dana that she was going to deduct money from our deposit for professional cleaning. When questioned about it she sent a snapshot of the lease stating that that they could deduct for standard cleaning. I sent her resent case law that stated she was not allowed to deduct from the deposit if the house was in the same or better condition than originally given. I also submitted images of the dead and live insects & arachnids that were present when we moved in, along with the unclean bathrooms. She responded with pictures of dusty ceiling fans, please keep in mind that I bought and installed these fans. I refused to sign off on the deductions and I have yet to receive any of my deposit.

Desired Outcome

I am offering one last olive branch for a resolution before moving forward with litigation.

My Experience with a Property Manager at Build Us Back LLC which this company is also affiliated with Transcendent Investment Management has been by far the worse reality company. I moved into a unit that was posted online that had horrible water leaks and mold/mildew within the home. Didn't know the apartment was in bad condition until a week or two later when little thing started happening (move in date 11/9/2017. They hire contractors that do half work to turn around and have to come back again. I have black mold in the apartment that's been wiped down with clorox and cover up with mold resistant paint. Dr. notes for both of my son pediatrician that we must vacant the premises due to health issue and been paying this reality company rent since 11/2017 and we are now in 3/2018. Issue is starting to be corrected after months of going back and forth and contacting the code enforcement and me and the kids constantly getting sick. Worse experience ever.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I would love to be contacted by *** (Manager) and speak to him about the people who his company hires to scam residents and sell them a dollar and dream to get over and and how the resident and kids have to suffer because the property manager has no principals or morals about a certain matter that should of been address in urgency.

Upon the move in date, the Property Manager noticed there was a plumbing issue and notified the tenant, ***, that she would NOT be able to move into the unit and we would have to move forward with scheduling for a different move in date. Ms. stated she has signed an agreement to move in on that date and she will not make any other arrangements. When the Property Manager advised Ms. AGAIN that she cannot move into the home she stated she has no place to stay or store her items and confirmed she would allow technicians to complete all needed repairs and work with them regarding scheduling these appointments. With this agreement in place, Ms. was allowed to move into the unit. This same day, a plumber addressed the slow drain issue that was seen on this visit. Thereafter, there was a list of other maintenance concerns which were addressed based on Ms. schedule.

We notice the plumbing issue day before move in date. For the inconvenience there were no accommodations for me and my lease was up at other unit . Now that was unprofessional on the property manager and should of made sure the unit was ready prior to move in and not day before especially after deposit that was given of 1003.50.At that time it was a plumbing issue but as work con't it appeared to be more issue from one week to another. Allowing them to have access to the home whenever needed to be with a family/friend sitting at the home until work completed, but notice something else wrong.
