We are sorry that this difference of opinion has reached this level We pride ourselves on excellent customer relations In this matter it is important to remember: Transcendent Moving has tried on several occasions to reach the complainant, although she denies this We don't really understand her denial The claims process with Transcendent and its moving partners can begin as soon as she pays her bill in full This is well established in the moving industry and covered in all of our contracts She has refused to do this.We are open to resolving this matter in the most efficient way possible We are very busy and know that the Complainant is too If she has a plan for resolution, we would appreciate seeing a copy of it so we can respond.Thank you
