I used TransCity Limos last weekend and I had such a wonderful experience I had to share! My husband surprised me for our year anniversary with a limo to take us to dinner and a night out in ScottsdaleThe red carpet was rolled out for us (literally!) The limo was decorated tastefully and classy with champagne ready to drinkOur driver was professional and very niceI felt like a celebrityMy husband said making the reservation was extremely easy with fair ratesMade me wish every weekend was a special occasion just so I could use TransCity Limos again (and feel like a princess or a celebrity:)

My wife and I had good friends visit Phoenix from the east coast so we wanted to take them for a nice night outI read good reviews on TransCity so decided to give them a shotWe are so happy we didEveryone we dealt with all the way to the driver was extremely professional and really seemed interested in making sure we had a great experienceI appreciated that all costs were clearly laid out before the night so there were no surprisesThey even had some great suggestions to make the night even more specialWould definitely use TransCity again

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached my initial response to this ludicrous claim. Nothing has changed from my original statement. It is important to note that even my bank ***, found there was NO CAUSE to charge my account and DECLINED/REVERSED the fraudulent charge on my credit card. Part of their decision was based upon the fact that I have been a customer of *** since and have NEVER...NOT ONCE...EVER challenged a charge on my card. NOT ONCE. As stated before, it would have been IMPOSSIBLE...ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE for me to use TRANSCITY WEBSITE as when I first spoke to them, I was driving west on the interstate at miles an hour At NO TIME...NO TIME...did I EVER access their website as the entire transaction took place over the phoneAs I both showed and provided in earlier submittals, ANYONE can go to ANY website and type ANY name into a dialogue box and take a screenshot of that information. That does not (not) constitute acceptance of an agreement of any kind whatsoever. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, 100% of the times I HAVE made such reservations such as with ** ***, *** ***, *** *** *** and every other legitimate business entity, I IMMEDIATELY receive a confirmation email that includes the proposed charges, the terms and conditions of the agreement of other pertinent information reqarding the transaction. NOTHING like this was ever received from Transcity. (There is certainly an EXCELLENT reason I did not...) It is important to note that I have travelled and worked in countries without a single incident of billing issues...ANOTHER reason *** ruled in favor of my position There was NOT ANY "confusion" on my part...EVER...with another limosine service. My all was only for one (1) number and that was for Transcity. Period. This allegation of "confusion" on my part is both ridiculous and absurd Their statement about how they tried several times to "reason" with me is equally ridiculous and absurd. FACT: I have a record of follow up phone calls and emails I sent requesting a face-to-face meeting...with no response from them...I called their number and told them I was headed to their "business address" which turned out to be a private P.OBox service. NONE of my emails or calls were returned I am frankly STUNNED by this recent attempt to extort money from me, especially in light of the fact that *** negated their fraudulent charge on my credit card. In the last correspondence I received from Revdex.com, I read that the complainant had a time limit in which to respond. That time has come and gone for almost a YEAR now Since I was made whole and ***, in their own investigation of the facts, acknowledged that the charge was not valid, I am perplexed that this keeps getting brought up by both Transcity and the Revdex.com. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this companyI was going to write a request for resolution, but after hearing the company has not responded to the other requests for resolution submitted on the Revdex.com I think it would be pointlessThis company charged me for double the hours that we used their service, an extra $Our limo driver confirmed the minimum hours for the evening was - we used the service for hours and yet I was charged for hoursThe billing department will not refund me for the extra charges - now they have completely ignored my messages and emails and I cannot even get in touch with a managerThis is a shady company out to get you, read the other complaints submitted against them, they over charge and get away with itAvoid using this company and spread the word, TransCity Limos is a crooked business - they will steal your money and get away with itAVOID

Mr. [redacted] scheduled a reservation for his wife Carol on 8/27/14 for 8/29/14. During the booking the terms and amount were disclosed and that it was a non refundable reservation since he is within the cancellation policy (all of our calls aremonjtored for quality). Not only Mr....

[redacted] accepted the terms verbally. he also accepted the terms via our website, with the click-through acceptance. Mr. [redacted] called the following day 8/28/14 to cancel and he left a message doing so. We then sent Mr. [redacted] a confirmation email acknowledging his cancellation on 8/28, 1 day before the regular scheduled reservation. A couple of weeks have passed and Mr. [redacted] phone TransCity Limos to ask about the charge and we explained to him that the charge is as per our cancellation policy (To cancel, 10 business days before scheduled event a verbaland/or written cancellation must be made or the full reservation amount will be charged). Since Mr. [redacted] cancelled 1 day before his scheduled reservation the fun amount was owed (as per our terms and cancellation policy accepted by Mr. [redacted]). On numerous occasions Mr.[redacted] would confuse us with possibly another company. He would state that he spoke directly to the owner and names of employees that don't even work for the company. We explained that the owner doesn't answer the phones and doesn't take reservations. Mr. [redacted] also claims that he spoke and dealt with a person by the name of "lisa", doesn't work for the company. We're only bringing this up for the fact that he's not remembering the events that actually took place. We've tried several times to reason and explain with Mr. [redacted], but it hasn't seemed to work. Enclosed you'll find: 1.   Mr.[redacted]'s reservation with the total for the length of time booked for. 2.  Screen shots in the entirely showing the disclosure and the acceptance box. along with a printable version. 3.  Acceptance box and Printable version. 4.  [redacted] acceptance and at the bottom half of the same page the outline as it appears with the URL that's on the website. 5.  A full version of the company's terms in the event it cannot be read from the screen shot. At this time we ask that you reverse the charge of $375.00 back to TransCity Limos since this is a valid charge, reservation and acceptance on behalf of Mr. [redacted]. [redacted] was fully aware of the total of his reservation prior to booking, because we normally have a three hour minimum and that was too expensive for Mr. [redacted] We then had a couple of phone calls back and forth and TransCity Limos was willing to work with Mr. [redacted] budget and we came up...

with a two hour charter for his son's birthday. Mr. [redacted] knew the total and the breakdown prior to booking. You can see that Mr. [redacted] signed for the total amount of the charter, along with the company's rental agreement and credit card authorization form. We can not comment on Mr. [redacted] statement about a quote not being sent over. Quotes get emailed when clients are looking for pricing prior to any booking. In Mr. [redacted] case he booked over the phone and we worked with his budget and he was given a total due to the fact that he had a budget to meet. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this company.
I was going to write a request for resolution, but after hearing the company has not responded to the other requests for resolution submitted on the Revdex.com I think it would be pointless.
This company charged me for double the hours that we used their service, an extra $300. Our limo driver confirmed the minimum hours for the evening was 3 - we used the service for 3 hours and yet I was charged for 6 hours.
The billing department will not refund me for the extra charges - now they have completely ignored my messages and emails and I cannot even get in touch with a manager.
This is a shady company out to get you, read the other complaints submitted against them, they over charge and get away with it. Avoid using this company and spread the word, TransCity Limos is a crooked business - they will steal your money and get away with it. AVOID.
