I understand if my signed consent form is not received within that time period my order will be cancelled and all charges except the online processing fee(s) refunded to the card used for this transaction.” This does not say anything about the first order for $which was cancelled less than an hour after it was made or for transcripts that are unavailable through this serviceTherefore, I did not agree to anything saying I would pay a service fee for a product that wasn't pursued in the first instance, or available in either instance.

The second order they were unable to fulfill because they do not inform you that transcripts or curriculums are not available for the program that I attended at StPeter's UniversityI urge the Revdex.com to look into the legality of this "processing" fee when nothing is "processed". eScrip-Safe. Ms. [redacted] placed a transcript request with the [redacted] utilizing Credentials eScrip-Safe online ordering service on July 25th, 2016. Ms. [redacted] contacted Credentials eScrip-Safe on August 2nd, 2016 requesting to cancel the transcript request because Ms. [redacted] did not want to provide her written consent to authorize the release of her records which is required by FERPA (The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974). FERPA is a federal law designed to protect the privacy of a student's educational records.Ms. [redacted] was not charged for the transcript she requested, only the online ordering fee of $3.00 which is nonrefundable. The requestor has to acknowledge the following paragraph outlining the nonrefundable fee prior to submitting an order that states "I agree to submit a signed consent form as required to complete this order within fourteen (14) days from this date. I understand if my signed consent form is not received within that time period my order will be cancelled and all charges except the online processing fee(s) refunded to the card used for this transaction".Ms. [redacted] has been refunded the online order fee of $3.00 as a one-time courtesy per her request.
