Huge disappointmentUnnecessary and unexpected delays because they want to make sure the funds they are direct debiting are there even after transferring 70K over the course one yearIf they really really want to make sure then they receive the funds they should make everyone wait for daysOne or two week delays are nonsense and doesn't help anyoneAfter all ACH transactions may be reversed by ill intentioned customers in days after the transactionEither trust your customers, or don't trust them and don't work with ACHs In summary they fail to build a relationship with their customersTheir services may indeed low in cost, but the value of them may be even lower
