I have reviewed the case notes regarding Mr*** purchase. This appears to be an install issue in that the customer caused the lights to come apart by over tightening the mounting screws or attempting to mount on a un-even surface. We sell thousands of these lights and see very few is
any issues with the lenses or the lights in general. However I want to see Mr*** happy with his purchase. If he sends the light back with a completed warranty form and the lights do not show signs of misuse I will have them replaced free of charge. He will be responsible for shipping the lights to us and following the instructions on the return form which is located on the lower left of our home page. *** *** President

Unfortunately we had about 16 items spread throughout our web site that were incorrectly priced.  Of these 16 items 3 were high value items.  The lightbars this customer ordered retail for almost $1500.00 and came up at $9.65 cents.   He ordered many of them.  When we were...

made aware of the issue but customers on social media that knew there was a mistake it was immediately fixed.  We notified all customers affected and took full responsibility for the issue.  We again apologize for the mistake but we are human.  The person who made the mistake was in tears all day from all the nasty comments some customers made.  There was a silver lining in that more customers came to our defense knowing the kind of company we are and they were sympathetic to us and understood the mistake.  One person in particular demanded the person be fired which obviously we would never do.   It was an unfortunate mistake and we have taken steps to see if does not happen again.   This customers request for us to give him thousands of dollars for free obviously can't be met as he was told on the phone yesterday as well.  [redacted]

This complaint is completely and utterly 100% false.  First of all Mr. [redacted] does not have a [redacted] at all.  He owned and purchased from us a Strobes N More brand [redacted].  So for starters if he has a [redacted] then he's reporting the wrong company.As for the bar he...

sent back to us, this bar was never installed by a professional.  Mr. [redacted] installed this himself and used trailer wiring which is not the proper wire to lengthen the cord.  When he cut the wires to attach them to the new wire he did not use connectors which would shield and protect the wires but simply twisted the wires together and wrapped a couple pieces of tape on them.  This is clearly seen in the attached pictures.   If this was professionally done then he would be writing his complaint to the company that did the work as its some of the worse I have seen.Also the light is not a strobe, its and LED.   The wires were touching when we received it and therefore causing a short.  A short which caused the damage to the light.  Its unfortunate but nothing that we caused or a defect.  Whomever cut the wires and did the bad work is to blame.
