*** ***I teceived your letter regarding their responseFirst off, when I came in my hair wasn't bleached; it was brownSecond , Brandi L*** stated at the end of that paragraph that I had green in my hairIt was in there but my hai had not been bleached in over a monthSecond, I have a witness as to when my hair WAS bleached because she did it Anna, the stylist did NOT go over my chart to see that I had been there at an earlier time, which on the copy I received, it's dated 3/4/16; a whole year before this incidentI told Anna about my fine thin hair because it soaks up color very quicklyI've been dying my own hair since age with no problemsMy reaction time to the dye was within two hours of it being done but I had no choice but to go home because I was in pain and an intense itchI was not aware of ANY rash on my neck by the hairline until Anna had spoken of it but she stated it was very smallBIG difference that what I had on my neck and scalpAlso too, Brandi was rude to me before I even got upset because she was trying to accuse me of not wanting to pay for servicesnot true or else I wouldn't have goneAlso this "disgruntled employee" I had only known from I SIDE the salonI did not know her personallyAgain, another accusationI could not get to the salon until my first day off workI was so mad and upset that my scalp and neck were burnt that I didn't want to go back on SaturdayThese two do not know what it's like to have this type of chemical burn at allI also do not appreciate being spoken to the way Brandi L*** spoke to me o the phoneShe didn't even want me to come in so that she could see the chemical burn herself

This document is in response to the complaint filed by *** *** against Transformation Salon withthe Revdex.com.Ms*** came into the salon as a walk in on Friday, May 12th at 10:30amThe stylist on duty took herright in as she had no other appointment until noonWe make every customer fill out a
client card whenwe do any chemical serviceAnna had a consult with Ms*** and they chose the colorMs***told the stylist that she had bleached and colored her hair three days prior to coming into the salon withan over the counter color and bleach kitIt resulted in her hair turning greenShe wanted the stylist tocolor it and get it to a color, brown, without the green.Anna documented that Ms*** had box color on her hair and this would be a color correction(I willattach the color card as proof)The stylist also documented that the client had what looked to bepsoriasis or a rash on her back and neck which match the photo that Ms*** submitted to the Revdex.comas an after photo; only the stylist noted the rash prior to coloring the clientThe stylist took time todocument this on the color card BEFORE color application and Ms*** would have seen this as shefilled out her personal information on the color card at the same timeThe stylist also discussed therash on the neck and back prior to the color application with Ms***.Paul Mitchell color can be left on the hair for up to minutes at a time before it stops processing on itsownIt very low ammonia and has a beeswax base which is much easier on the hairThe stylist haddecided to leave the color on the full time because she wanted to make sure that since this was acorrective service it would cover the greenI will submit photos of the directions for our color asdocumented proofThe stylist also used a low volume developer so as not to damage the hair that wasalready extremely damaged from the clients at home bleach(I have attached the photos of directionsas proof.)Ms*** stated she had fine and thin hair; however this would not affect the amount of time neededto process the color as it is color and not bleach used on her(There is a difference)While Ms*** processed her color the stylist took her noon appointments, which was a little boyscut and a man’s cutThe stylist finished those in minutesThe timer went off minutes prior to thestylist finishing ringing out the man and his son.The stylist immediately took Ms*** to the wash area and proceeded to rinse her and give her adeep conditioning treatmentMs*** requested the treatment due to the damage Ms*** hadcaused her own hair with the box color and box bleach.The stylist set her under the dryer for the conditioning treatment for the Paul Mitchell recommended 15minutes.The stylist then proceeded to cut Ms ***’s hair and ring her outMs*** left the stylist a $tipand also rebooked for another conditioning treatment in two weeks timeMs*** was very pleased with her service when she left and did not mention any scalp irritation and did not mention anythingelse about her rash that she had when she came into the salon prior to the color.We were unaware that there were any issues with *** ***’s hairShe did not contact the salonagain until Wednesday, May 17thThe service was performed on Friday, May 12thMay 17th was daysafter the service was performedUsually when there is any issue a client will contact us within hours.Ms*** mentioned in her complaint that she had a rash right away so I am not sure why we werenot contacted sooner? Also, again I want to mention that she had the rash identical to her photo prior tothe service.Ms*** only called the salon once on May 17th and was told that I, (the owner Brandi L***) was offbut would return the next dayMs*** called one more time on Wednesday, May 18th and reachedme (Brandi L***) at the salon and told me her version of events.I tried to ask questions and explain the situation from our end but Ms*** refused to let me speakand spoke over top of meShe started yelling at me (Brandi L***) and so I asked her not to return andhung upI do not feel that I deserved the tone and language that Ms*** was using.I feel that Ms*** wanted to get her hair colored, but didn’t want to pay for the service.It was also brought to our attention that Ms*** is pretty close to a former employee of the salonwho is no longer employed with us due to various reasons out of our controlThe former employee didnot leave on good terms and is pretty disgruntledSince the former employee has left she has triedvarious tactics similar to this one to cause us harm.I, the owner, Brandi L*** does not feel that Ms*** has been truthful with her story nor has sherevealed all of the factsWe feel that we have acted in good faith and will not be refunding Ms***her money.Sincerely,Brandi ** L***
