We used Cinda once and she did a pretty good job we got our pictures quickly then my mom used her again for my sons first birthday pictures which was in September well December rolled around and she never had sent those pics we were still waiting and me and my boyfriend and our son got Christmas pics made she said she would give us the one year pictures with thoseWell it was Christmas Eve and I still had no pictures I emailed I texted I called and I wrote on Facebook and never got reply and I did this dailyFinally my mom wrote her and asked if we could have our money backs once they were Christmas pictures and we didn't get them for Christmas she said if I wanted to get the pictures I could come to her house to pick them up so I drive mins to her house for my pictures got them and she was supposed to add a background to my sons first birthday ones well she didn't he is just in a grey blank back ground her customer service is horrible and to be honest I received WAY better looking pictures from *** ***The way she treats customers is awful I guess she makes her living off of lying because the pictures I received were not worth the drive out to her house/studio let alone my hard earned moneyAlso I referred clients to her and here it is two months later they still haven't gotten their pics and have received no reply from her
I took my granddaughter for a Frozen photo shootIt was very unprofessionalIt was at the photographers homeThere was no sign or anything indicating we were at the right placeWe were promised our images in about a weekTwo weeks and we had not received themI texted Lucinda and days later she responded and said she had mailed themA week later I still did not have themAfter week I contacted her again and she told me her post office was horrible and she would go check on itShe told me she would overnight them to meThat was last week and I still don't have themI have asked for a refund and she refusedI definitely would not use her again

Terrible experience. Tried contacting Cinda several times during the week before my boudoir shoot to confirm photo shoot day and time. Did not receive confirmation until 9 pm the night before the shoot and at that time she moved the shoot to a later time. When I went to pick out my pictures, over half of the photos were not edited. I was promised an edited disc in the mail. It has been 3 weeks and still no disc. I have contacted her several times and either receive no response or some excuse. Would never recommend her. How terrible for someone to take such private photos and then not give them to their customer.
