In response to complaint # *** on May 4, 2015, as a company policy we always ask for customer to pay for materials before we start a job (this is common in this line of work)I have sent a copy of the estimate to show what was bid on and pricesShe was reluctant about this and paid $
worth of materials, material cost in actuality were $because she upgraded her paint, but as a company we decided to carry the remainderWhen the job was 3/finished she paid another $and the next day paid the balance of $This came to a grand total of $the price of the estimate but not for the upgraded paintThis was a good paint estimate we used gal of paint on the body and gal of paint on the trim exactly what the bid was forWith the upgraded paint the estimate should have been $she only paid $During the course of painting the house she needed some trim and siding fixed ( We do Handyman stuff too) so the painters told her that they would fix it and charge her for it, she was fine with thisThe painters charged her $for material and nothing for labor*** did not have a small piece of trim to put back on the house so he had to get it and go back to put onHe did miss the times he said he would go back and I apologize for thatThe estimate was for painting only when I estimated the paint job she indicated that her house was in good shape and only needed repainting and not to paint garage doors or any doorsI think the painters went above their job and fixed the siding and trim on their time for her only charging her for suppliesLike I said I apologize for *** missing the times with herI can see her frustration with *** missing the appointments on the other hand I also see that she is complaining about something he is doing with very good intentions also she has said nothing about paying the remaining $the remaining part of the bill Transformers Handyman and Painting Service Park View drEvans, Co*** *** ***
