A review of the file indicates that the customer has been unhappy with many of the basic steps in the insurance process....
In this specific issue, unfortunately the customer was misinformed about who was handling the issues in his adjuster's absence. Despite this, Jeanette did resolve both of his issues he called to discuss with her. She immediately called and had his prescriptions authorized and referred the file to management to review for the wage loss payment that was authorized and entered the same day, 7/22/2015.
