In response to your complaint submitted on 7/30/4:pm to the Revdex.com, kindly note that you came into our branch located on * *** on 7/31/at 9:a.mto speak to one of our Member Service Representatives about your auto
loan paymentsAt that time, you were under the assumption that TEFCU owed you funds after the auto loan payoff check was sent by the insurance companyIt was explained to you in detail why this was not the case due to you completing a “skip-a-pay” and due to interest accruing daily (from the time that the payoff amount was given, to the time that the check actually came in), Calculations were also completed and explained to you in person to ensure you understood why funds are not due to youIn the end, you stated that you understood and no longer requested funds to be returned.We apologize for the time you spent on this matter and invite you to make an appointment with our Member Service Representative at our * *** location so that we can further explain the reason why a refund is not due, if needed.If you have any questions, please contact us at ###-###-####Sincerely,
