I ordered a train on August 2020. I have been trying to email and call the number posted on website. There is no answer. I emailed several times and no return email. It is now sept 2020 and I have not received anything. I am concerned because they took my money and I have no product.

I purchased an order for 2 t-shirts over 1 month ago for $39.25 plus $8.95 shipping and handling. I have not received my order. I have not heard back from the seller in many attempts to contact them. They are clearly not a legitimate operation and they have take my money and not delivered on their end of the transaction. I only wish I would have read the reviews on this site before purchasing from them.
I placed an order in JULY for two magnets totaling about $10. It is OCTOBER and I have still not received my order but the money has been taken out of my account. My emails go unanswered, even though the automated response states they will respond within one day. Everytime I call, I get the same kid telling me that no one has ever ordered that magnet and they are working on it. I spoke to him last at the end of August and was told it was being made. I still do not have them and no one will answer my emails or calls.

I ordered 3 posters and a train and was charged for my entire order even though I only received the train. Seller will not respond to emails or voicemails.

I ordered a product (a poster) that never arrived however my credit card was charged. I attempted to contact the business through phone and email multiple times and always only received automatic email replies. I am not sure if this business actually exists at all. I've been attempting to contact the business for over a month.
At this time, I have been contacted directly by Transit Gifts, Inc regarding complaint ID, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[I received an email from the business asking for my credit card information, stating that my order had never been processed because there was insufficient inventory. I find it alarming and strange that it took two months to be told there was insufficient inventory, and also that the business wants my payment information again, even though I provided it when I ordered back in May and received a confirmation notice for my payment. The latest email (attached here) also does not mention my complaint to the Revdex.com or my complaints and requests to the business itself, before I went to the Revdex.com. Because no one answers the phone and it appears impossible to ever actually have a direct conversation with a business representative about my case, I am not willing to work with the business any longer and certainly won't be providing my payment information again. I can only monitor my accounts and hope that my payment info didn't end up in the wrong hands earlier.]
