Transit To Care

So, I needed surgery and called this company. Had the rides all scheduled when I was informed by the hospital that I needed someone with me if I took a Medicaid ride. Transit to care tells me that I can only bring someone if I had a note from the doctor saying it was medically necessary yet Medicaid's site says I am allowed to bring one person with me as a caregiver-they are obviously not following this rule and tried to say it is Medicaid who needed it for insurance purposes but it's obvious it's their policy.

And rude, too. Will never even try them again. There are other medicaid rides that don't do an anal exam on the rider.
