Good morning Theresa. As per my conversation yesterday with Lindsay from your office, I am mailing you copies of the following: my invoice, movers invoice, my contract and a copy of the letter originally sent to Ms [redacted] This is being mailed today to the Revdex.com to your attention I hope these papers will clear up any questions you may have regarding this matter Thank you
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below On the contract the estimates for the move were $700-$for move and $500-$for truck and moversWith small plus or minus signs by the last numberAnd I understand that A walk through was given of all my belongings by ***With [redacted] being the "expert" in moving I would think her estimates would be closer to actual cost So with a move to cost $for top dollar and then to add another $( third more at the conclusion of the move) I was left speechlessBeing a elderly person moving to an Assisted facilityAlso after the move there were several items broken(TV and Antique Etched Glass) that I found weeks later, which at this time no response or payment from [redacted] has been given Regards, [redacted]
To Whom It May Concern:In response to Ms [redacted] complaint I have attached a letter which was sent to her by me addressing her concerns which I believe will explain the matter at hand In giving her the estimate for her move the figures are followed by a +/- which indicates that not only was this an estimate but is subject to be more or less as there are many variables that can occur with a move Ms [redacted] agreed to this by the signing of the estimate Ms [redacted] was in full agreement with the contract she signed and at no time was pressured to do so

On the contract the estimates for the move were $700-$900 for move and $500-$700 for truck and movers. With small plus or minus signs by the last number. And I understand that A walk through was given of all my belongings by [redacted]. With [redacted] being the "expert" in moving I would think her estimates would be closer to actual cost. So with a move to cost $1600 for top dollar and then to add another $850 ( third more at the conclusion of the move) I was left speechless. Being a elderly person moving to an Assisted facility. Also after the move there were several items broken(TV and Antique Etched Glass) that I found weeks later, which at this time no response or payment from [redacted] has been given.
Regards,
[redacted]
