I am responding in the matter of [redacted] *** We see a very high number of [redacted] patients as well as private insurance patients at our office Yes, the day before [redacted] 's appointment we did notice the office was out of Zoom whiting kits for the next days patients We called [redacted] and set up another appointment and explained the office was ordering more kits The reason our staffed booked [redacted] 's second appointment without having Zoom in the office is because we were booked out for months for Zoom whiting patients and wanted to get him in as soon as possible [redacted] was not happy with how booked our office was and made it very clear he was unhappy and wanted us to make appointments around his schedule since he was an attorney When our office was notified the Zoom whiting kits were on back order we called Mr [redacted] right away to advice him of this matter he became irritate and very rude to the staff He said he couldn't wait any longer because he was going on vacation and that's the last we heard from [redacted] Thank You

Responding to the above complaint:First of all we have restricted parking signs in a square ft area.All signs clearly state restricted parking,tow away zone,authorized parking only violators will be towed at owners expense.in the [redacted] there is no cap.we do have a hour service.The words:no immobile or for sale vehicles allowed is a part of the sign.This individual is stating that because we have that on our sign that it is ok to park here.even though it clearly states restricted parking only and authorized parking only.All of our signs are clearly posted and visible,also there are several other towing companies in the state of Arizona that charge the same price that we do.There is nothing illegal that we do.We have been in business for years.We also have stickers on all our signs that show the new address of our location.if you need anything else or pictures of our lot and signs please feel free to ask and I will provide that for you.also this vehicle was towed from the [redacted] were there is no cap.we also show on our signs we can charge a maximum of $500.00the bottom line is all signs say restricted parking--authorized parking only---tow away zone.We also accept credit cards we have been doing that for years

I resided at tlc's women's home for monthsEvery day I had to deal with bed bugs and rats in my roomNo ac during summer months and, the food was things like sour canned tuna with noodlesI highly encourage the Revdex.com to investigate all tlc housesThe house I lived in was at *** * *** *** **Please, these girls are trying to help themselves, but when you're living in a slum infested with bedbugs and can't even see your husband, it's kind of like torture, I couldn't even sleep with the heat and consistently checking my bed for parasites, I left and relapsed as many girls did while I was thereThey are making bank (the owner drives a 150k tesla) while residents pay to live in deplorable conditions, mainly because a lot are homeless or out of jailJust because we are addicts does not mean people should stay in a slum, while others profitPlease investigate this "company"
