I am rejecting this response because: Hello, I am writing in regards to complaint #I am not satisfied with the proposed outcome Conflicting statements such as claiming she has documentation of our communication and saying I "probably" called her office are examples of what I see as a clear lack of professionalism on the business' end of this exchange I did not call in to request these appointments I was already looking for a different therapist by the time they set these dates and timesThe only reason I was aware of an appointment at all was a message I received after the date had passed I strongly believe that I sould not pay for appointments I did not make and that this business should take accountability for their business practices
We sent the bill to the address the client had given us at time he came in for his first appointmentHe never updated that address. We only make appointments directly with the clientsWe have notations showing the appointments were confirmed by phone the day before June 3, and June 8,
Phone reminders are a courtesy and do not negate the clients responsibility to show up.He probably called the office and my secretary had returned his call to make two appointments, as she was not in the office on the 23rd of May, which was his last visit.Obviously, he and I have different recollections regarding these datesWe do have documentation I am not sure how calling the client will resolve the problemI am willing to compromise and ask the client to pay only $of the amount owed, which would cover one of the missed appointments. Thank you, Margot ETepperman, LCSW

As it seems, the client does not want to work with me, so in the name of PEACE and as a curtesy, I will just drop the charges. I will have my secretary talk to Kings Credit to drop the charges with them also.It would be nice if the client would of called for himself on behalf of his mother.Thank you, Margot E. Tepperman, LCSW
