Good morning,we did send the letter to you on 12/15/here is the copy of the letter.Revdex.com Viewridge Ave, #San Diego, CA 92123RE: Complaint # [redacted] Dear Mr [redacted] :Mr [redacted] came into our facility with a transmission problem in his [redacted] MotorhomeWe inspected the vehicle and confirmed the transmission problem as well as other issues.Because of the age of his vehicle and it's particular transmission assembly, we could not locate another transmission within Mr [redacted] 's time frameHe did not want to wait the few extra days we required to order, ship and receive a transmission from our Suppliers.Mr [redacted] HIMSELF located a company called [redacted] *** in Florida that met his price and time needsWe ordered Mr [redacted] 's transmission as per his instructions, and installed it upon receipt.Mr [redacted] KNOWS HISTRANSMISSION only came with a parts only warrantyWe installed it and gave him a day warranty on our installation labor only.Mr [redacted] 's transmission failed within the 2-year period of his warrantyHIS TRANSMISSION company, [redacted] *** in Florida, stated they would honor his warranty as [redacted] WARRANTYHe needed to remove the transmission and send it to them; they would fix it no charge, and return it to Mr [redacted] 's installation shop in Nevada.Mr [redacted] knows the terms of his warranty(See Attached) He spoke directly to his transmission company, who gladly repaired his transmission [redacted] *** honored the term of the warranty as shown on HIS invoice and documents from Transmission DepotTransmasters installation labor was completed correctly or the vehicle would of had problems much earlierThe transmission problem was an internal issue, which WAS COVERED PERWARRANTY TERMS.Mr [redacted] has no basis for a claim since all parties have met their obligation per documents attachedMr [redacted] cannot just "make-up" warranty claims as he sees fitMr [redacted] 's claim is rejected.Sincerely,Thank you ***
