As of 614, the customers concern has been satisfied and this project has been completed to full customer’s satisfaction The customers concern was not of nature that we were required to service the customerThe referral / recommendation that the customer was waiting for was something Transmedia only offered to attempt for free of charge, but it was never promised to actual come up with an appropriate recommendationThe customer was simply inpatient for a favor we gladly wanted to do, but this was never an issue we had ever been contracted forIn any event, this issue has been fully resolved and the customer did apologize for filing this complaint [redacted] *

Review: I retained Transmedia to work on a case that was less than 18 months old. in part of the services, they were supposed to recommend to me a good Atty. to work the case. I'm waiting now for over 1 month and they still made no recommendation for an atty. the other services were done, but I cant get an answer on this part.Desired Settlement: I request that someone completes servicing my file ASAP.
