Brought my car to them to get the heater core and thermostat replaced. Now my 1 month old distributer cap is clicking and misfiring.Repair Order #[redacted] the repair took place on Oct 13th 2014. I paid by credit card over the phone and requested they leave my keys in the car because I wasn't going to make it there by the time they closed. My car had a brand new distributor and spark plugs done the month before. I gave him a price, which was under half of what the previous shops had quoted him. The car was dropped off that night, Oct. 12th, and we replaced the heater core on October 13th, we rechecked the cooling system after we replaced it and the thermostat housing was also leaking, so we also replaced the thermostat. After these repairs the cooling system was working properly so we called the customer and informed him the car was ready. The customer paid us with a credit card over the phone and picked his car up that evening. The complaint was filed the same night the car was picked up. To this point at 4:00pm Tuesday, October 21st, I have not heard from the customer. After receiving this complaint on the 14th, I tried to call the customer, he did not pick up but I did leave a Voice Mail. If something happened to a vehicle while it was being repaired that was any fault of ours we take care of it. I cannot do anything to fix the situation if the customer does not even contact me.
