I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I did receive a voicemail message from the business stating they would like to issue a refund in the amount of 337.00; I am agreeable to this. I have been in communication with my financial institution regarding the Visa dispute I filed. My financial institution advised me they would be in contact with the business regarding the refund rather than me personally communicating with the business. The business offered to issue me a check; however, my financial institution advised me the business would have to work with their "charge back" company and my bank to refund the 337.00$.
